Anti aging Tips

Before you buy that anti-aging potion and lotions that reduce wrinkles and sagging on your face, neck and hand, there are simple homemade recipes that can start with. Not only are the anti-aging lotion and cream made up of what you have usedbefore or already using at home for different purposes, they are filled with vitamins and nutrient that their potency would have been reduce due to storage and time.

Homemade anti aging recipes contains vitamins, mineral and antioxidants that fight free radical, cleanse the skin and leave you with sweet smelling fragrance.  
In this article, I will be explaining the different anti-aging tips and recipes that you can prepare and use. Remember that the unused portion of the recipes can be stored in a refrigerator. The potency of this recipe will reduce after a long period of time; just ensure that you use them within a week of preparing the recipe.

Aloe vera, cucumber, milk, and lemon

Cucumber contains antioxidant that helps in fight free radical in the body, using this recipe would help you looking radiant and young.

·       One tablespoon of lemon juice
·       One tablespoon of milk
·       Chopped cucumber
·       One tablespoon of aloe vera juice

Blend the lemon, cucumber, and aloe vera together and transfer the paste into a bowl. Cover the bowl and place the bowl in the refrigerator overnight. Transfer the milk to the bowl and mix them together.

Apply the paste to your face, neck or hand and leave for 30 minutes. Wash your face with warm water and a wet washcloth

Using this recipe will hydrate your skin; remove wrinkles and removes dirt or dead cell. You can use this recipe two to three times in a week.

Coconut with Shea butter mask

Coconut oil is readily available in the market and is one of the most important essential oil. Coconut oil is so important to us because it has wide uses ranging from cooking, hair care to skin care. Coconut oil with shea butter will remove wrinkle and leave your moisture and radiant. Coconut oil is one of my recommended essential oil for skin care and hair care.

·       One tablespoon of Coconut oil
·       A pea size shea butter

Mix the two ingredients in a bowl until it forms a paste and apply it on your face, neck, hand,and toe daily. Wash it off with warm water and you will be able to see the difference that will happen to your skin.

Olive oil and Castor oil

Olive oil is an amazing essential that not only moisturize your skin but also improve your body. The health benefit ofolive oil is so immense that you should try adding it to your day to dayactivities.

·       Cold press organic extra virgin olive oil
·       Cold press organic castor oil
·       Soft washcloth
·       Bowl or container

Mix 6 tablespoon of olive oil with 2 tablespoons of castor oil, the castor oil may be increase if your face is oily. Gently massage the oil into your skin before bed and leave overnight. This will open skin pores and let the oil to enter the skin pores.  Dip the washcloth in warm water and use the washcloth to wipe off the oils on your skin. This method improves your skin and reduces wrinkles because it causes the impurities present in the skin pores to be removed. 

You can use this recipe to treat acne, pimples, and eczema. The remaining oil should be stored in a glass container a place in a warm place to prevent light and heat from destroying it.

Extra care should be taken when buying your olive oil, ensure that the olive oil you bought is organic and extra virgin. Look out for the seal and label of the agency in charge of olive oil in your country.

Rosehip and Carrot Seed oil

One of the most important ingredients in anti-aging cream is retinol. This is because retinol is a highly effective antioxidant against wrinkles. But what a lot of beauty and cosmetics company doesn’t tell you is that you can also get retinol without buying their product. The secret weapon against wrinkle sagging is rosehip.

Rosehip is high in vitamin A and also contains retinoic acid which is an important part of anti-aging cream. It reducesscars and wrinkles while carrot is pack with multivitamins and nutrients, the most important nutrient is carotenoids. Carotenoids boost the immune response to ultraviolet rays which helps prevent sunburns.

·       Rosehip seed oil
·       Carrot seed oil
·       Washcloth

Blend the two oils together and apply it to your skin, leave for 30 minutes. Use washcloth and water to clean the oil from your face. This recipe would make your skin radiant, free, and young. You can also eat carrot to get the amazing benefits for your skin.

Rice Milk

Rice is a traditional food in South East Asia and is now grow and eat worldwide, but the eatingof rice is not the only benefits that we can derive from rice, Rice is rich is in vitamin E and can help reduce wrinkles and exfoliate your skin.

  Brown rice flour
·       2 tablespoon of organic rice milk

Mix the brown rice flour with organic rice milk to form a paste, apply the mixture to your skin, and leave for 30 minutes. Wash it off with warm water.  You can also use water instead of rice milk if don’t know where to buy rice milk. 

Blackberry Granola

Blackberry is rich with antioxidants which improve the skin and also brighten the skin. It also contains vitamin E an antioxidant which interrupts the formation of free radical chain reaction.

·       Fresh organic blackberry
·       Raw almond
·       One tablespoon of honey
·       One tablespoon of whole organic milk

Blend the ingredient together in a blender or food processor until it forms a smooth paste, you can also add more milk if necessary. Apply the paste to your skin and leave for 30 minutes. Wash the paste off your skin with warm water, this recipe is recommended once a week.

There are some lifestyle changes that you should start today that will help in reducing wrinkles and anti-aging.

·       You should avoid eating processed sugar; this is because it speeds up the aging process and eventually leads to weakening the collagen in your skin, and later leads to wrinkles and sagging.

·       Start eating fruit today; this is because fruits are excellentsource of vitamin A, E, and antioxidant which helps to fight free radicals.
